Shipping and Returns
Thank you for your purchase. Your clutch order will be processed and hand made within 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Our belts are cut to order and for that reason will need a longer processing time. Expedited service is available, please contact us direct via email for those shipping fees. Also please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any special delivery notes or concerns.
Sunflare is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: email@example.com
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:
Our genuine leather belts are cut to order and for that reason we highly recommend using our direct sizing instructions. If you have any questions feel free to contact us and we can help you.
There is no return or exchanges on already exchanged items.
Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. Note that shipping charges associated with expedited service, such as UPS, EMS, will not be refunded.
Return costs and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any returned items after 15 days will only be issued store credit at the current value of the item.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement.
Clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.
If there is a quality issue with the product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.
Please advise reason for the return for our records.
